Within Australia:


Typically, our order fulfilment times are as follows:

1-3 business days for Express Orders.

3-5 business days for Regular Postage.

However, there may be unprecedented delays at times, depending on order volume. Please refer to our home screen for our current estimated order fulfilment time.

If you need an item by a certain date, please leave us a note at checkout, or contact us via Facebook to let us know - We will do our best to get your order to you by the required date.


Shipping within Australia is undertaken using Australia Post. Typical delivery times for Regular Post are from 3-6 working days. Typical delivery times for Express Post is next-day delivery within the Express Post Network ( ). 


Once a package has been sent, we cannot offer any guarantee as to delivery times. For more information on delivery times, please visit:


​Signature On Delivery: S.O.D. is an optional service available on all domestic orders for an additional $2.95. This option ensures that if the customer is not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be taken to the local post office. This option provides extra security as packages will not be left, even in a safe place, removing the risk of theft. If you have concerns about the security of your order or the potential for theft in your area, we recommend choosing this option. 


Outside Australia:


Shipping outside Australia will be calculated using Australia Post's international postage rates. If we have overestimated the shipping price, we will refund you the difference. If you wish to place an order from outside Australia and your country's shipping has not been set up in our system, please contact us via private message at so that we can add it to our list.


Credit Card purchases from overseas will be subject to a 7 day waiting period while the credit card gets verified. If you don't want to wait, we recommend using PayPal or AfterPay instead.





Suicide Glam Australia's returns policy is as follows:


We refund for defective or incorrect items sent by ourselves, but not for change of mind purchases. If you have changed your mind, we may offer you an exchange, at our discretion. Our returns policy expires after 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must contact us within seven days of receipt of the item.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including gift cards.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


​Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via the Send Message Button at 


 Wrong size exchanges (if applicable)


In the event that you purchased an item that is the wrong size, we may offer an exchange (at our discretion). In order for an exchange to be processed, the item will need to be in original condition, including any packaging. The item will need to be returned to us at:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
